Reformat Anchore SBOMs

Background

Now that we create three SBOMs using Syft, we should remove the creation of the these content JSON files. We also want to output these new SBOMs to be in a top level SBOM directory, within the tarball we upload to S3.

Acceptance Criteria

• Discuss with CHT removing the creation of these JSON files, and the CSVs created from the JSON, as well as the CSV inclusion in the all-in-one excel file.
  • IF CHT is ok with this, remove the creation
• In S3 stage, move SBOM dir from Anchore scan directory to a top-level SBOM dir.

Definition of Done

• Confirm that the Anchore scan completes successfully
• Validate artifact bundle in staging S3
