Provide "identifiers" array to VAT

Background

POPs should add a key, identifiers to the var_request file. The value would be an array of alternate finding identifiers

Acceptance Criteria

• When a GHSA vuln is found in anchore_security.json, attempt to pull the CVE ID from the extra object.
• When a CVE ID is found, attempt to find a GHSA ID. This may require use of the GitHub API.

Definition of Done

• New key present in vat_request file
