Remove Anchore CSV inherited columns from CSVs

Background

If we were to get rid of the inherited columns from the Anchore CSVs, we could garbage collect (GC) the Anchore DB more often. The reason we don't GC more often, is that the inherited column wouldn't function properly. Running GC more often allows us to be as cost efficient as possible, and may help keep scan times down.
