Discuss VAT import updates

Patrick mentioned today that now would be the best time to request updates to the scan import since that endpoint is getting a pretty significant refactor. We should discuss which things we'd like to add to the scan import and get back in the response to simplify logic in the pipeline.

For example, we could pass nvd vector strings (and anything else we need for csv generation) during the VAT import and ask to receive those values in the import response. That way we can just use values in the import response to generate csvs and the spreadsheet.

We should set aside some time for the team to discuss this as well as any other import (or potentially other endpoint) updates that would be helpful.
