Review run-logic job failures

Background

The run-logic job has an uncaught exception, causing it to fail in some cases. It is not known if this is happening on all jobs, or only on certain pipelines.

Acceptance Criteria

• Review of job failure, to determine which pipelines are experiencing this issue
• Apply a fix for this issue being seen
