Update VAT import to include field for lineage

Coming out of the decision to scale Iron Bank to multiple environments, this necessitates updating a pipeline run to include the complete lineage of an image.

Update vat_import.py's import body to include a field called vatAttestationLineageForTheImageThatIsBeingScanned and it needs to include the body of the parent VAT response lineage attestation. Or just vatAttestationLineage
