Update `folder structure` failure messages

This template is ONLY used for enhancement requests. Bug reporting or new feature request issues should use the other template options for issue submission.

Current Behavior

Due to changes Gavin made, the folder structure phase of the pipeline does not show the user which file they have failed to have in their repo.

Purpose

Allows for better troubleshooting.

Plan

• Move the folder structure tests out of a multiline script?

Acceptance Criteria

• Verify that error messages are being populated
