Test oscap stigviewer xml

Background

We've been outputting the stigview xml for awhile assuming that users could import this in stigviewer in place of a ckl file. We should test this file out ourselves in stigviewer to see if there are any option for importing successfully.

Acceptance Criteria

• Downloaded an xml file for a CHT image
  • Lookup a project in the ironbank frontend (example)
  • Download "All scans and reports"
  • The file path should be reports/openscap/compliance_output_report_stigviewer.xml
• Test importing it in stigviewer
  • Spin up a linux VM if not using a windows host
  • Install stigviewer
  • Attempt to import the file from the previous directions

Definition of Done

• Results of import are documented in this ticket
• Any additional discoveries from testing stigviewer are documented in this ticket
• If successfully imported, any pertinent information is captured in this ticket and communicated to CHT
