Create service accounts for platform integration

Need to create a svc account, or application specific service accounts to be used for LDAP integration at the platform (openshift, satellite..etc) level.

Description

As any logged in user I want something to happen So that I can do some stuff

Acceptance Criteria

Given I am on a page When I perform some action Then the application will do something cool
