  added accessibility features to the mobile menu icons and available services button
  added aria-hidden attribute to some other icons, and got rid of some a11ytitle props because it is read properly without it. Also added aria-hidden to mobile menu icon so that the menu is read properly
  Updated the changes to my branch, so that it is similar to the changes that Anne, did in her branch
  updated the accessibilty features for the solutions list page: updated the "Let us know" button, and made sure that the skip link worked on this page. Also made sure the "Available Services" link from the global header page  becomes interactive
