Cluster Auditor helm test failing regularly

I also noted that the upgrade stage seems to only fail the helm test on the first run which is odd.

From the video you can see that violations are loading, but the "violations over time" section is not being populated - https://repo1.dso.mil/platform-one/big-bang/bigbang/-/jobs/12938948/artifacts/file/test-artifacts/cluster-auditor-cluster-auditor/cypress/videos/03-clusterauditor-grafana-healthspec.js.mp4 . We should probably allow flexibility for this graph to be empty, as long as the violations show in the top graph?
