Path / is mounted on / but is not shared or slave mount

Ran into this issue while standing up BigBang 1.12.0 on a Tanzu cluster running on Ubuntu Xenial Stemcell 621.

Seems like the option to specify whether hasRootFsMount is true or not was added somewhat recently.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems as if BB is using 1.14.2 charts which may be too old for this fix. Any guidance would be great.
