Since the AC here is to verify that they are present I won't add this comment to the MR...but for the future might be nice if we do a bit more than check for existence (i.e. check that there is data loading in the graphs). Not sure how feasible this is to do since different deployments might have different pieces with data, etc.

Reason this comes to mind is I know we ran into an issue in the past where the istio dashboards weren't loading any data due to a missing label or env on the istio pods. /cc @echuang since I think you did some breakdown work on the linked epic...

As discussed, I'm having a look at this.
