Update Nexus to 3.33.1

Updated to upstream chart version 33.1.0 from https://github.com/sonatype/helm3-charts/tree/master/charts/nexus-repository-manager

Also increased the default cpu resource requests/limits, as nexus really struggled to start up or upgrade with the prior setting of 400m
