Zoom bug

• Fixing orientation of axis for the zoomed graph to be consistent with external graphs.
• Fixing pipeline activity tables to have equal height.
• Refactoring chart wrapper to not render children, and to render additional info only.
• Refactoring ChartBackground to take in sx props.
• Removed babel-jest dependency due to vulnerability, and also it wasn't being used.
