Description

Adding CI tests to the package in order to have better feedback across modifications and upgrades.

Adds basic health checks for checking node and pod resources.

Big Bang Chart

The big bang chart disables this package. We should likely evaluate modification of the BB chart test clusters/pipelines to remove the packaged metrics-server and use this package explicitly (out of scope here).
