update anchore's default sso.acsUrl

• We should be able to modify this line to remove the hardcoded anchore and instead use the first entry for addons.anchore.values.istio.ui.hosts (if it exists, defaulting to anchore otherwise). That would solve the discrepancy you're seeing with the acsUrl and make this more ideal for the future.
