Add autofocus to HTML <input> elements for Accept and Continue

Please consider using the autofocus attribute on the accept buttons for the login flow. Especially for CAC users, this would allow pressing enter on the keyboard to accept each dialog.

Please consider using <input autofocus> in these locations:

• CAC "Continue" button
• "Accept" button for the terms page
