Added one more exception related to defender connection to console. Tested and it the defender shows under radars containers and also shows the defender connected inside the console

Changes worked for my testing. Can we split up the chart/templates/bigbang/peerauthentication-exception.yaml file into separate files for each exception?

• consolePeerAuthentication.yaml - containing the console exception
• defenderPeerAuthentication.yaml - containing the defender exception, also change the metadata.name to twistlock-defender-exception since its not metrics related.
