Add 'namespace' filter for Grafana's Loki logging dashboard

The logging dashboard is incredible, but currently doesn't have a dropdown filter for namespace and globally shows all pods.

It'd be nice to have a filter by namespace, then conditionally show the pods available in that namespace after selection.

One other note: it looks like 'pods' and 'containers' in the logging dashboards are currently flip-flopped name wise.
