Package Releases

There are two features that would be solved by having a package release process that mirrors Umbrella:

1. External teams can subscribe to releases for projects and be notified when new tags are available
2. AirGap solutions/artifacts can be provided for each git tag to allow for 3rd part/sandbox packages to built.

In order to solve this we need to add:

• Job in Pipeline Templates
• Job should run on tags only
• Job should create a release similar to BigBang Releases
• Job should allow for a set of images to be specified (BigBang uses a Synker file )
