Retrospective: Prioritize issues in Sprint Backlog

Issue: Developers are unable to distinguish the priority of items in the Sprint Backlog.

• Issues start with the priority of their parent Epic.
• If no parent Epic, default priority of 3 should be applied.
• All Priorities should be reviewed at the YYY meeting to ensure that they are still in line with overall priorities.
