PostRenderers not supported for anchore

Description

Trying to use the postRenderers feature recently added to flux and bigbang. I noticed that none of my changes to anchore.postRenderers were being applied. The file does not have the template to add the values https://repo1.dso.mil/platform-one/big-bang/bigbang/-/blob/master/chart/templates/anchore/anchore-helmrelease.yaml

Provide any steps possible used to reproduce the error (ideally in an isolated fashion). Try to specify anchore.postRenderers in a customer template configmap
