RESEARCH SPIKE: ~Jaeger,~ Tempo and Grafana for traces
Based off of the upstream helm chart which will eventually land in sandbox, investigate using tempo combined with jaeger to collect and view traces within Grafana.
We will need to use the upstream image and request the image from IronBank in the future.
We would like to come away with notes and a task list for getting Tempo and it's connection to Jaeger and Grafana and BigBang and what all is be required for that to be accomplished.
