Add info for "TBD" packages to `ImagePullPolicy` table

For the packages listed below these steps:

1. Review the package and see if there are available values overrides for imagePullPolicy for all pods.
2. If there are values overrides available, document the default value + the override required. Some packages may have multiple values, make sure you test/deploy and all are overriden.
3. If there are not overrides available, open a new issue linked to the epic for adding a values override.
