Integrate Vault Package with SSO/OIDC

Following the upstream guide for Vault, incorporate SSO values and support into the Vault package and it's values within BigBang.

  • Support for OIDC/values added to Vault package
  • Values added to BigBang at addons.vault.sso and passed through to vault package
  • verified you can login via SSO with your Platform One account
