Not sure what to do next for this one...I laid out the upgrade "issues" in this comment, but I think most of it boils down to a bolded release note about the change + release engineer updating customer template? Only one I'm not sure if I need to take action on now is updating our CI image and the IB BB base image.

Tested upgrading flux to this version against a k3d cluster running a customers/template fork installation. After upgrade, no issues reconciling some values changes, no issues with any pre-existing resources and could run flux reconcile/suspend/resume commands against all source/HR/kustomization resources successfully.

I updated my customer template to the latest v1beta2 Kustomization and my Flux CLI to 0.24.0 and everything worked smoothly as well.
