Annotation is not properly being set on the pod:

opa-exporter-55b56f67f9-6bk26 : <no value>

I'm a little confused by the change in https://repo1.dso.mil/platform-one/big-bang/apps/core/cluster-auditor/-/merge_requests/69/diffs . The annotation should be set on the spec.template.metadata (where it was before that MR), not on the deployment.

I think we just need to revert the changes in https://repo1.dso.mil/platform-one/big-bang/apps/core/cluster-auditor/-/merge_requests/69 and then this should be ready...
