Summary

IronBank repo1.dso.mil has support for signed commits with CAC. IronBank is a customer of BigBang and will want the same feature in the BigBang product. Story #177 (closed) implements the commit signing feature. DoD approved certificate authority certs have been added to the Gitlab Package. The Package now supports signing commits with CAC.
