Just created the tag and reran the pipeline. In addition we want values at the BigBang level that will pass through to the package. You can see this MR as an example, but not everything is set in stone for how we want these values to function (global toggle, etc). I'll try to get traction on determining that ASAP so it doesn't block any NP MRs into bigbang.

Also a couple concerns with the package MR:

• Monitoring port is not set up correct
• No ports are set on istio
