Could you enable Keycloak helm tests in BB CI as well?

Would need to toggle on, add any ENVs (cypress_username: "admin", cypress_password: "password"), and potentially copy some of the other test-values out of the package into k3d values. Tell me to buzz off if that's too much since it is out of the issue's scope as written
