# customer-resources # Access to IL-2 aka "First time?"
A GitLab repo for customers of Big Bang to get setup. 1) Complete the steps outlined in the following project:

2) In your help desk ticket to help@dsop.io, please specify the following tools you want access to:
* Repo1, Platform One MatterMost
3) Reach out to the Big Bang Onboarding point of contact you have communicated with to be added to the appropriate onboarding channel.
# Access to IL-4 aka "I'm in IL-2, ready for IL-4"
Steps:
1) Have a CAC
2) Sign up for P1 SSO login.dso.mil (there's a self register button)
3) Download and configure CNAP AppGate SDP Client by following steps on this page https://confluence.il2.dso.mil/pages/viewpage.action?spaceKey=P1&title=2.+CNAP+AppGate+SDP+Client
4A) Check if IL4 Confluence is an option in your UI, if so move on to the next step.
4B) If your AppGate Client is missing icons, then email the help desk at help@dsop.io the following:
* Which Impact Level (IL)?
* "IL-4"
* What Products you need to regain access to
* "Confluence, Repo1, Code.il4"
* Which team or project you are supporting?
* "I am a customer of Big Bang (Enter program or team name here)."
* An individual who can verify your funding status
* "Platform One Customer Success."
5) Try to open IL4 Confluence by clicking the button within AppGate (don't try to type the URL directly.)
6) Visit your Big Bang-provided customer confluence space (please reach out to your Big Bang Onboarding point of contact if you don't have this).
* Note: It should fail the first time. This is OK! Inform your Big Bang Onboarding POC and request they add you to your appropriate space in IL-4.
7) You will be provided access to your space!
