Anyone who needs access to the Platform One IL2 or IL4 environment but does not possess a CAC or ECA (with DOD PKI)
<br>**For IL4 access, user must be in process to receiving a CAC. Please specify this on the 2875.**
## The Process:
1. Download the DD 2875 System Access Authorization Request (SAAR) DD2875 [here](https://www.esd.whs.mil/Portals/54/Documents/DD/forms/dd/dd2875.pdf)
2. Fill out the 2875 **(leave nothing blank through 20b)**
3. Complete the Cyber Awareness Challenge [here](https://public.cyber.mil/training/cyber-awareness-challenge/)
4. Sign up for a P1 SSO account using your offical/company email address [here](https://sso-info.il2.dso.mil/)
5. Submit the completed 2875 and Cyber Awarness certificate via email to help@dsop.io from your registered email address or via the Customer Portal [here](https://jira.il2.dso.mil/servicedesk/customer/portal/1)
## DD 2875 Guidance _(fields commonly filled out incorrectly)_:
- Type of Request: "Initial"
- Date: Today's date
- System Name: "Platform One Impact Level 2 Environment" or "Platform One Impact Level 4 Environment"
- Location: "Platform One"
- Box 2: Your organization
- Box 3: Your office/department/team/unit/etc at your organization
- Box 5: Your P1 SSO registered official/company email address (no personal email addresses)
- Box 10: Need to check the box and include the completion date from your Cyber Awareness certificate
- Box 13: Why you need access. If requesting IL4, also include "I have a CAC application in progress" if this is true
- Box 14: "Authorized"
- Box 15: "Unclassified"
- Box 16: Check the box
- Box 16a: If you are a contractor, you need to include your company's name, contract number, and expiration date (can use Block 27 if needed. If you need to use Block 27, type "See Block 27")
- Boxes 17-20b: Filled out by the DoD Mission Owner/Sponsor
- Box 18: needs to be digitally signed with a CAC by the DOD Mission Owner/Sponsor (Military or Government Civilian only. Contractors cannot sign this)
