Can you add directions to elaborate on how to identify this individual?
Example: If someone's a contractor joining the P1 internal team do they use their organization's FSO? or do they use a P1 security manager? or is it someone who can confirm they're in some paperwork pipeline to get a CAC. Do they have to be a government personnel or can they be an employee of a firm on contract?

• Would it be possible to take someone who has successfully went through the process start to finish, and make a copied sanitized version of their document (Name --> John Doe, etc.) So that people could have a few examples of how to fill out. Like have 1 example from the perspective of a P1 internal team member and another example from the perspective of a P1 customer.
