Add tests and better pid handling

Summary

• Add a fix to terminate only the pid that has been started by log-in-tool in that specific termina.
• Add Regressive testing (will add a job in the pipeline-templates to handle that)
• Test a possible solution for sleep in WSL (MacOS won't sleep unless it's forced if log-in-tool is running)
