Reorganize current repository state to be in line with Big Bang standards

Currently the state of the repository is a bit of a mess. We need to reorganize this to make sure it aligns with current Big Bang standards for repository structure to ensure maintainability in the future. Attached screenshot is current repository teplates state.

This work should also examine the docker files, the gitlab-ci.yaml, and dashboard json folder to see if those are needed.
