Add environmental variables for mapping issues
The jira issue/service desk request needs to map the following properties with environment variables: Priority field needs to be mapped over to one of: "HIGHEST", "HIGH", "MEDIUM", "LOW", or "LOWEST" TicketType field needs to be mapped over to one of: "DEFECT", "MAINTENANCE", "UNPLANNED", or "FEATURE"
