Iron Bank will be replacing the old container signing certificate with the new container signing certificate. No additional action is required. Users can find additional information regarding the certificate rotation and container signature verification here and here.

Migrating Teams Provider over
Currently just importing on the hook files and useAPITeams file which will be deleted in the future.
Found and fixed type bug fixes during the migration in useViewTeamContextLocalStorage hook which reduced the code down for that function.
Updated the withAPIData HOC to take in query options as it will be necessary in the future.
