• Added the fetch function for creating dashboard.
• Changed the data structure for teams, added it to the mocks, and made it populate the team table in the admin page.
• Created payload creation logic, but haven't called it with the fetch function.
• Fixed bugs with autocomplete for value stream selection on update team form.
