Avoiding naming confusion with HomePage and DeliveryMetricsDashboard

• Moving HomePage component away from DeliveryMetricsDashboard to avoid naming confusion
• Deprecating some hooks in team context because I realized they aren't useful, and will be removed later.
• Refactoring the HomePage component (which is the original DeliveryMetricsDashboard) component to have less code.
• Moving HolocronWelcomeScreen over to HomePage component.
• Now the index for DeliveryMetricsDashboard folder will be the DeliveryMetricsDashboard/Dashboard component.
