Draft: Refactoring DeliveryMetricsDashboard

  • Refactoring createDashboard, TeamAutocomplete, OrganizationAdminDashboard, ValueStreamDashboard, and TeamDashboard code.
  • Mostly now they will only have one UI, with hook being overridden.
  • Additionally, refactoring the calculation logic for the createDashboard to just determine the team metrics that are targeted by the parameters that the dashboard changes.
  • Dashboard Widgets are only placeholders for now, but will change when the charts refactoring is done.
