Resolve "Migrate OnboardTeamWidget to TypeScript"

  • Adding value stream onboard widget type hints.
  • Moving files over to avoid having deeply nested structure.
  • Also changing the screen loading UI to be the initial UI due to HOC of withAPIData, and also because I just found it better than the circular loading ui we had before.
