Resolve "Migrate AgileBoardReport to TypeScript"

Closes #21 (closed), #20 (closed), #6 (closed)

• Changed the columns of the table headers ui so it is more intuitive.
• Removed navigation bar and routes because they didn't make sense for something basic.
• Adding repositories reports as well.
• Simplified code using YAGNI.
• Removing cypress test now that it is no longer needed since our coverage in this case is 100%
• Changed the loading screen for report by default using HOC
