Feat/sdelements

This feature branch contains the SDElements item within the landscape.yml file including the corresponding .svg image file in the ./hosted_logos and cached_logos folders. The image for the Gitlab card was update as well during the regeneration of the processed_landscape.yml. The processed_landscape.yml had to be regenerated using the fetchAll script specified in node_modules/interactive-landscape/package.json It may be necessary to test this code once more before merging into the main branch.

Lastly, the INSTALL.md was edited to reflect the necessary steps that was taken to regenerate the processed_landscape.yml file.
