SKIP UPGRADE Registry1 images

Description

Update the images to reference registry1 instead of upstream. Add bigbang/ directory to project root to allow for testing of this package as integrated with big bang. There are extra values in the values under bigbang/ that do nothing and will likely be used in follow on issues. IE networkPolicies.

Testing

• Deploy big bang
• Deploy VPA
• Deploy fluentbit w/ autoscaling.vpa.enabled=true
• kubectl get vpa -A and check that there are metrics available and PROVIDED is True
