Merge branch 'fluentbit-0.7.5-bb.0' into 'master'

feat: fluentbit 0.7.5-bb.0 package update

Bumping fluentbit to package version 0.7.5-bb.0 consuming the upstream helm chart maintained by fluent.
Updating documentation for k3d cluster create commands to specify the need of a mount present at "/etc/machine-id" when running this new fluentbit package.

Consuming upstream fluentbit chart, adds more options and cuztomizations in the values compared to previous version:
- Full customization of fluentbit configuration mounted into pods.
- SecurityContexts
- ServiceMonitor config
- Node Tolerations
