Update to Getting Started section in README

The "Getting Started" section of our Readme currently lists the customer template but not the quick start for demo deployments nor the developer guides. We should link the 3 spaces within our docs with a short sentence explaining the purpose for each link so people coming in to Big Bang can more easily dive into the appropriate entrypoint for them.
