Integrate MM Instance with Big Bang Chart

Create mattermost instance as an add on to the Big Bang helm chart. Ensure values mapping as necessary (in particular postgres and minio values).

• Modify the chart values to add the instance
• Ensure all db/storage values are templated/mapped out
• Enable the instance in the k3d values

This issue is blocked until postgres operator is available within Big Bang.

@micah.nagel We should be able to provide an internal postgres into MM for use without a BB supported Postgres since we're not suggesting running databases in-cluster yet for production workloads

@runyontr wouldn't that still require the operator to be available in BB? Or are you suggesting we should just deploy a "non-operator controlled" postgres with it?

For the task to refactor the Mattermost repo I had been working off of the assumption (after discussing with @joshwolf) that we would deploy "internal" instances of postgres/minio making use of the operators. All the work is done for those, but for BB integration it would require the availability of both operators (Minio is complete, but Postgres isn't integrated into BB last I checked).

I think you're fine progressing with a non-operator Postgres. When zolando comes in, we can change when we're ready to support postgres in production.
