Research Spike: Test and Document Mattermost running in HA

Mattermost has a value for replicaCount within the chart, test and document running Mattermost with >1 replica in a production scenario. Document caveats and update chart with new values/templates/etc to facilitate any lack in support for HA within the package.

License is required for HA just as a heads up. That isn't always immediately apparent on deploy so hopefully that saves someone a headache.
