Define core, addons and minimal Big Bang product

Need to add documentation to state exactly what "core" "addons" "community" and "Big Bang" mean when it comes to the product.

We need to answer: What makes a package "core" vs. "addon" vs. "community". This should be in our main document for BB as well as the Landscape Guide.

We also need to answer: What is the minimum requirements that you could deploy and still be considered "Big Bang"
